Caitlyn Thresh was one of the four individuals that awoke from stasis containment aboard the Eurydice. Caitlyn, along with Trenton Cross, Kallie Sanford, and Shane Kolson. Similar to their counterparts aboard the Orpheus, this group too also had memories of world's that were and weren't theirs. Unlike their counterparts, however, they had the benefit of Dr. Kara LaSalle's immediate guidance and knowledge upon their awakening. A grouping of individuals from both the Eurydice and Orpheus, Caitlyn among them, infiltrated Lot 23 in order to find answers regarding the bio-organic ship that can teleport within worlds and between them.

Aboard the Eurydice

Caitlyn displays immediate distrust of Dr. Kara LaSalle and Dr. Kieran Foster and indicates that they should never have been engineered to fight a war that wasn't theirs to begin with. She also shows a mild distrust for her group's counterparts aboard the Eurydice until they prove they're all on the same side. When both groups are called into the auditorium aboard the Eurydice, Dr. Foster presents Dr. LaSalle's findings concerning Lot 23, a Global Security Initiative holding off the coast of Madagascar, where continued research is likely occurring. When Dr. Foster asks for a small tactical group to be formed, Caitlyn volunteers to help prevent another accident like what happened at Fort McHenry with Ethan Darcy.

The remainder of the group is also assembled, including Shane Kolson, Kallie Sanford, and Gavin Prescott.

Prior to leaving, Caitlyn tells Trent that, "Tomorrow always looks kinder, although likely obstructions never end. This was a cipher text for: TALK ALONE.

Aboard the Cerberus

Knowing that it would be impossible to dock the Eurydice at Lot 23, the team takes one of the Cerberus speed boats and sets off in that direction. The group had come up with a cover story that they were wealthy friends on holiday that had become lost while visiting Madagascar.

Halfway to the island, Trent had remotely taken over Gavin's body to finish the conversation that Caitlyn had asked for aboard the Eurydice. Concerned about their mysterious benefactors, Caitlyn wanted to have a conversation with her group away from the prying eyes therein. She informed the group that while much of what Drs. Foster and LaSalle indicated could very likely be true, she had made some independent observations of her own that ran counter to their stories. Specifically, she identified that Nomen Fitch, Kallie, Trent, and Shane were all clones. On the opposite end of that, she stated that Miranda Corgan and Gavin, however, were originals. She further indicated that she was unaware of her own status based on her metahuman ability to heal and repair damage at both the cellular and genetic level.

Lot 23

The team docks on the Beach according to plan, although Shane had gone to enter from the cliffs. When Trent had left Gavin's body, it left him dazed and passed out, to which Caitlyn had induced a mild form tinnitus so that Gavin would also have a ringing in his ear when he woke up. Believing he'd suffered some kind of attack, Caitlyn suggested that Kallie handle the law enforcement that quickly approached.

Shortly after, local law enforcement Officer Gage arrived and told the group they were trespassing on private property. In the distance, Gage called out a distress flare that the team recognized as likely having originated from the Eurydice. Using Gavin's head injury as an excuse, coupled by the officer's visible attraction to Kallie, they were able to gain passage in town to the police station where Officer Gage contacted the local doctor to take a look at Gavin.

When Dr. Antares Castiglione arrived, he took a look at Gavin and even though Caitlyn had forced concussion symptoms on him using her vitakinesis, Dr. Castiglione indicated that Gavin was fine and they needed to leave the island as soon as possible.

Given that it was getting late, Officer Gage recommended they stay the night at the Inn and leave early in the morning.

Based on their conversation at the Inn, Gavin would stay behind and trying to find information out using the telephone system, Kallie would to the bar at the docks, the Crabby Pig, and Caitlyn would head north toward the area where Shane had left the group near the large structure assumed to be the lab they were searching for.

As she neared the structure, she was immediately brought to her knees by a high frequency pitch emanating from one of the rocks and, shortly afterward, was injected with a sedative of some kind.

She woke up to the inside of a laboratory with the bio-organic ship present and, curiously, Shane along with two dead bodies of guards. Caitlyn sensed the alien physiology and was entranced by it for a moment before trying to alert the Eurydice from one of the consoles. Shane warned her not to, but given the destruction around them, including broken lights and the electrical grid having gone haywire, she told him they'd likely already know something was wrong.

Shane led the two out of the facility, but the firing burning in the distance from the Inn gave Caitlyn cause for alarm and she explained to Shane that Kallie was supposed to be there.

When Shane and Caitlyn arrived, the rest of the team looked to be in bad shape. Caitlyn entered the Crabby Pig from a crack in the wall would have been taken out immediately by Fray if she hadn't had some exposure to the alien bio-organic ship. Recognizing it was the same substance, Caitlyn was able to deflect the blow and used the time to heal Kallie's wounds. Shortly after, Garrison of the Global Security Initiative's Defense Guard used his energy blasting abilities to quite literally knock her through a wall. Caitlyn was largely unconscious after that point, only having awoken on the journey back to the Eurydice aboard the Cerberus after the GSI agents had departed due to an emergency with the Consortium's Order.

Back Aboard the Eurydice

Barely conscious and less coherent then she ought to have been, Caitlyn made quick note of the additional individuals present. The Pack had arrived to take Gavin home to his actual reality.

The others were injured as well, Caitlyn turned off the pain receptors in Miranda due to her crushed arm, but was unable to provide any additional assistance at that time. Caitlyn pleaded for Gavin to stay with the team, despite having been thrown back against the hull by Sentinel when she tried to grab Gavin.

Physical Appearance

Caitlyn is a Caucasian female with has short, dark brown hair, parted on the side. She is just over five foot tall and lacks the curves generally associated with cultural standards feminine beauty. Adding to this, she doesn't wear make-up and tends to dress in comfortable clothes, mostly jeans and t-shirts. She appears to be in her early-to-mid twenties, although her actual physical age is unknown due to having allegedly grown in the equivalent of a test tube. She has no distinguishing birthmarks or scars, however the sclera of her eyes have a tendency to turn red if she is using her metahuman abilities.

Powers and Abilities

Caitlyn Thresh is a skilled medical doctor, having shown experience in assessment and treatment of wounds of numerous types. She shows an early indication of her experience with genetics, as she's able to use her vitakinetic abilities to read the markers used in genetic engineering and gene therapy in the cloned versions of the characters and quickly discern those who received no tampering whatsoever.

Caitlyn has demonstrated fine-tuned control of her vitakinesis by repairing tissues at the cellular level as well as inducing symptoms associated with adverse medical conditions. She can also tell when someone is lying based on their heart rate as well as oxygen flow concentration to areas of the brain.

Other Information

Caitlyn hails from a world where she was training to become a Progeny field medic, so she had gone through introductory level field agent courses. She is familiar, at a basic level, with clandestine operations and how to conduct herself in those scenarios.
