- Earth-1329 Isis' hair has completely altered to a silver color, suggesting a possible gene-engineered origin rather than natural birth - as seen in others from the Niles lineage (e.g. Chaston Ralske). It is also the source of her often used moniker 'Silver', as given to her by her father's esteemed protege and daughter-like figure Avery Arsenault.
- Like her father, Isis has indigo colored irises.
