Mason Silas is a metahuman from Earth-5961 where he was conscripted by the Coristanti invaders. He predominately served the Scholar and Warrior Castes in geographical alterations and population containment until his liberation by the crew of the bio-organic ship Ember.

Powers and Skills

Mason is a geokinetic, a metahuman with the ability to manipulate minerals and mineral compositions (ex. soil, rock, sand) of most planetary terrains. A limitation to his ability is maintaining physical contact with the terrain (note: terrain does not require connection, holding a sample of mineral is enough for effect). Unlike most geokinetics, Mason's manipulations are not one of a symbiotic relationship but rather a 'tactical' - some Scholars say psychic - domination. The full benefits and limitations of this unique mutation of geokinesis have yet to be fully analyzed and will be documented as time and survival of the metahuman allows.

• Geokinetic Awareness - Mason is able to detect other geokinetic metahumans (including hybrids). The greater use and manipulation of terrain and/or closer range allows for better determination of location.
