Octavia attended the Johannesburg, South Africa training facility.

As Part of the Order

Octavia is the current Omega of the Order. At her induction, she selected a bladed chakrams as her melee weapons. Although these can be used in close range as a melee weapon, their primary purpose is to be hurled at great speed to they act as spinning saw blades. She has mastered the boomerang properties of the chakram, which further allow them to return to her once thrown. She selected the Glock 18, fully automatic pistol as her sidearm.

Physical Appearance

Octavia Maddox is one of the youngest Order members and is barely over twenty-one years old. She has long, platinum blonde hair, a thin frame, and tends to wear heavy, dark eye make-up. She wears the standard Order uniform, which is a white/silver body-armor type uniform with gold accents on it. His thick blond hair is just above his light blue eyes but is often pushed up or to the side. She has no tattoos or distinguishing physical marks or scars outside of her general build.

Powers and Skills

Octavia is an inducted member of the Order and has received the final injection of Compound 36 to make the abilities it grants permanent.

As such, she has the normal complement of abilities granted by the compound:

- Enhanced strength 
- Enhanced speed 
- Enhanced stamina
- Enhanced durability 
- Enhanced senses 
- Enhanced healing factor (including resistance to disease) 
- Enhanced agility 
- Resistance to aging 

Like all members of the Order, she can further activate the inert Compound 36 in her body to augment the aforementioned abilities even further. There is great risk involved in doing so, as pushing beyond an acceptable limit aggravates any side-effects of the Compound and can also lead to uncontrollable rage and an inability to form rational thought, relying purely on instinct and survival. Once this occurs, there is no treatment and the Order labels the individual an Aberration that is subsequently hunted and killed.

Other Information

Octavia has an innate, superior understanding of geometry and physics. Although she is largely untrained in much of the theoretical work that applies to both fields, she has on multiple occasions shown practical application of experimental designs in trajectory based on external forces exerted on physical objects such as gravity and inertia.

Octavia is fluent in English, Italian, and Afrikaans.
